An expert lecture on “Abroad Education: Global Opportunities & Scholarships” was organized for the students of our institute on 22nd January 2025. The session, held at 3:30 p.m. in Classroom 109, was attended by a total of 104 students.
The session was conducted by Ms. Rajashree Jadhav Dhokare, the Managing Director of Education Abroad, Kolhapur. She began the lecture by highlighting the growing trend of students seeking education abroad and the numerous opportunities that international education offers in terms of academic and personal growth.
Ms. Dhokare elaborated on various global opportunities available to students, particularly in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and European nations. She explained the advantages of studying abroad, including exposure to diverse cultures, high-quality education, and the development of global networks.
A significant portion of the lecture focused on scholarships and funding options for students interested in pursuing education abroad. Ms. Dhokare provided valuable insights on various scholarships available for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. She also discussed the application processes for these scholarships, eligibility criteria, and tips on making a successful application.
Throughout the session, Ms. Dhokare engaged with the students by answering their queries and clearing doubts related to overseas education and scholarship opportunities. The students actively participated and showed great interest in the various aspects of studying abroad.
In conclusion, the lecture was insightful and informative, offering students an in-depth understanding of the opportunities available to them in the global educational landscape. It encouraged many students to explore the option of pursuing their higher education abroad and to take the necessary steps to apply for scholarships.
